If you haven’t taken the time to travel the winding river roads of West Linn, I highly recommend it. Especially, if you’re a mid-centuryFlyer208 modern enthusiast!  Albeit an historic town, West Linn is one of the lesser toured areas and I find many clients haven’t considered it, but are duly pleased when they do. With several miles of attractive riverfront, the options for riparian living are many.  With much growth in the 1950’s and 60’s the possibility of finding a swank mid-mod pad, is great!

Recently, I listed a modest but attractive Mid-Century Modern home, adjacent to the large Mary Young Park. Boasting vaulted &  beamed ceilings, a cozy layout, cedar board and batten siding, aqua decorative cinder-blocks, and a nicely terraced yard, it had all the hallmarks of a great mid-mod starter home, at a price that is hard to find in pretty West Linn.

SOLD –  1961 Mid-Century Mod. $208,000.
